Your letterhead

Where a document may print on your own stationery. Your header is not the same depth as anybody else’s, so tell us where it ends.

What prints where

Your logo, name and contact details are your letterhead: either already printed on your paper, or an image of it drawn behind emailed PDFs.

The business name, address and GSTIN in the supplier box come from Business details and Tax identity, so they are correct on every page even without a letterhead.

The signature block prints “For <your business> — Authorised signatory” with room to sign. A scanned signature or stamp image is not supported yet.

Uses this letterhead: tax invoices, bills of supply, credit and debit notes, quotations, sales orders, customer statements, delivery challans, purchase orders, letters, report PDFs and stock statements, payslips and Form 16 — and, once “Email header” is chosen below, the top of the mail that sends them.

Define a letterhead

Where this letterhead is usedLeave a row unset to let the default letterhead cover it. A letterhead used for only some activities has to be big enough for those alone — a letter needs less room than a tax invoice.
